Contact us first by phone (see Contact section) and explain the problem. We will then be able to advise you on the correct course of action. Contacting us first also ensures that we will have someone in the office to receive your printer.

Sometimes we need to send all our technicians out on site visits, so checking with us first ensures no dissapointments.

Warranty Work

  • Bring your Printer and any sample prints that demonstrates the problem.
  • Bring your original purchase invoice
  • Make sure your inks are still installed. Do not remove them ... even if they are empty (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
  • DO NOT bring any cables. We have plenty.


NOTE: The installation of a constant feed ink system automatically voids your warranty. We can still deal with your printer though, as an Out-Of-Warranty job.

Out Of Warranty Work

  • Bring your Printer and any sample prints that demonstrates the problem.
  • Make sure your inks are still installed. Do not remove them ... even if they are empty (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
    Please bring a spare set of inks with you when a problem involves poor print quality (we can supply if required).
  • DO NOT bring any cables. We have plenty.
  • We have a standard £12 inspection fee. After the initial inspection, we will be able to advise on the most cost effective solution for you.
  • If we can do a non-strip repair, you are looking at a maximum bill of £24 - excluding the cost of any ink purchases - includes the initial inspection fee.


If your printer is found to be beyond economical repair, we will refund your inspection fee if you purchase a relacement printer from us.

All prices exclude VAT at the current rate
