What could cause a paper jam?

To date, we have managed to identify and resolve the following user created paper jams. All these were found in the main paper track feed.

And thus far our top find

An entire memory pen complete with neck strap - still working after removal with customers data intact.

ADDED:

A green Pea pod complete with peas nicely crushed in the pinch rollers. Quite a mess to clean up.
