I am looking for a piece of software to create PDF forms which can save the data entered by the user. The publishing package I use "Serif" makes lovely forms but you can only save the blank forms or print out the completed forms. In other words you couldn't half compete a form and return to it, or save a completed form to send via e-mail (which is useless really).

This is not for business use, just club stuff so I don't want one of the very expensive business packages which have way more features than I need.

Can anyone suggest anything?

I recently had a free program mentioned in one of my PC magazines that will save PDF documents. Let me see if I can find it.

Here you go. Web Link

The program is described as ...

"doPDF is a free PDF converter for both personal and commercial use. Using doPDF you can create PDF files by selecting the "Print" command from virtually any application. With one click you can convert your Microsoft Excel, Word or PowerPoint documents or your emails and favorite web sites to PDF files."
