I am using Outlook and have recently experienced problems sending publishing package documents to my printers. The documents aren't even particularly big the last one only had 4 pages but they simply don't send.
When I send them, the Symantec e-mail scanner appears at the bottom of the screen and although I don't get any error / blocked messages, something is stopping them going out. I have been able to send them in the past and have not changed any settings that I know of.
Could it be my Outlook settings, or, this symantec thing, how do I get over this problem? I need to send these documents regularly.
This is a problem that comes up from time to time in Outlook mainly. Try and go into your Outbox and double click the first mail in the list. Then click on the send button to put it back into the Outbox and try Send/Receive again.
If that fails, enable the remote program I installed for you and I will take a look. I do not mind doing this over today (Saturday). Just SMS my mobile.
