I have just had problems with my Epson printer, after spending a few days trying to clear the problem Epson asked me to use their Express Centre, at first I thought this was going to be just drop the printer off, and wait days for a replacement. However, I was very much surprised the staff were technically competent and tried everything to get my printer working on the day; it’s nice to find friendly helpful staff in this day and age. When the printer could not be repaired they arranged for a replacement which was duly delivered in 2 days, nice one. Being the first time I had come in contact with Darbro I was treated in a friendly way with all my questions answered politely nothing seem to be too much trouble, I would certainly be using this company again and have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone. Moreover, they carry or can acquire a large range of equipment so no more waiting days for mail order firms to deliver the goods I now have somewhere to get those odd supplies from.
